Foreign Credential Recognition (FCR)New Canadians often face a number of workplace-barriers, which can include culture shock and lack of recognition of credentials and experience. HRSG draws on our extensive work in the area of FCR, particularly in developing educational, informative and assessment tools to help foreign trained individuals understand the Canadian labour market, and to assess and develop their skills for employment in Canada. The tools then facilitate entry into the workforce through targeted training in seeking employment. Our technology solutions reach into many countries and provide an electronic interface between the sector and foreign trained workers.
